The University of Oxford will be the setting for a historic moment in Hispanic-American leadership: Alejandra Fuentes, founder and CEO of the Community of Fundamentals and Values for Success (FVE), will be honored with the Global Award for Transformational Community Leadership & Purpose-Driven Education during the 14th World Leaders Summit 2025.
Este reconocimiento internacional no solo destaca la trayectoria personal de su fundadora, sino que celebra el impacto colectivo de una comunidad que, por más de 10 años, ha promovido el Desarrollo Integral y el Liderazgo Social Comunitario en América Latina y otras regiones del mundo.
This international recognition not only highlights the personal journey of its founder, but also celebrates the collective impact of a community that, for over 10 years, has promoted Integral Development and Community-Based Social Leadership throughout Latin America and other regions of the world.
Su programa insignia, Liderazgo Social Comunitario Global, ha dado origen a un sólido proyecto de formación impulsado por Comunidad FVE Startup, cuyo objetivo es expandir un sistema educativo integral y flexible. Esta iniciativa está orientada a la capacitación de facilitadores capaces de acompañar y potenciar el trabajo de cientos de agentes de cambio involucrados en procesos de desarrollo humano, social, educativo, cultural y organizacional. A través de esta visión, Comunidad FVE busca multiplicar su impacto, sembrando capacidades locales y generando una red de liderazgo transformador al servicio de las comunidades.
Its flagship program, Global Community-Based Social Leadership, has given rise to a strong training initiative led by Comunidad FVE Startup, aimed at expanding a comprehensive and flexible educational system. This initiative focuses on training facilitators capable of supporting and enhancing the work of hundreds of change agents involved in human, social, educational, cultural, and organizational development processes. Through this vision, Comunidad FVE seeks to multiply its impact by cultivating local capacities and building a network of transformational leadership in service of communities.
